Potato Supreme
- 1 Onion Finely Diced
- 2 Tsp. Sugar
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tsp. Water
- 3 Tsp. Margarine
- 3 Tsp. Cider Vinegar
- 3 Cup Hot Diced Cooked Pennsylvania Potatoes
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Servings
Ingredients
- Simmer first 6 ingredients for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes and stir. Add sour cream and stir.
- Bake in a casserole dish at 350° F for 15 minutes.
